David DeCamp:
I don’t have excellency of speech or of wisdom, in declaring unto you the testimony of God. But I am determined not to know any thing, save Jesus Christ, and Him crucified. I have weakness, and fear, and in much trembling as I’ve taken on the task of this Mission Project and I pray that my speech and my preaching is not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in the demonstration of the Spirit and of power. I pray so that my faith and yours will not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God. - 1 Corinthians 2:1-5

I BELIEVE:
In the Wisdom of God - Romans 11:33
Christ is the Power and Wisdom of God – 1 Corinthians1:24; Proverbs 8:22-31
God had a Son to give. Christ is the only begotten Son of God from before Creation - 1 Corinthians 2:7; Colossians 1:18; Revelation 3:14; John 3:16
Christ is made unto us Wisdom, and Righteousness, and Sanctification, and Redemption which was hid from the foundation of the world. This was the purpose of God in having a Son; the revelation of His wisdom and power of His love. – 1 Corinthians 1:30; Ephesians 3:10-11
The Son of God became the Son of man in Bethlehem and yet still remains the Son of God, Divinity and humanity combined; the Son of God and the Son of man. – Matthew 16:13-16; Luke 1 30-35
Christ was born with our flesh (fallen humanity) - Romans 1:3; Hebrews 2:16-18; 1 John 4:1-3; Romans 8:3-4
The Spirit of His Father dwells in Him – John 14:9-12; 2 Corinthians 5:17-19, 4:6
It was planned from the beginning that through the union of Divinity and humanity God might once again dwell in fallen man; the Spirit of God in Christ in you and I. – 1 Corinthians 6:13-20; John 17:21-23; 1 John 3:1-9
This union of Divinity and humanity is made available to you and I through Christ. Through it the law of God is written on our heart that we may grow up unto a perfect man, a new creature, free from the bonds of sin, growing up to the measure and stature of Christ. – Ephesians 3:14-21, 4:11-15, 23-24
"The reward is not given to all who profess to be followers of Christ, but to those who overcome, even as He overcame. We must study the life of Christ, and learn what it is to confess Him before the world. No one can confess Christ unless the mind and Spirit of Christ are in Him. The fruits of the Spirit are manifested outwardly, and these are a confession of Christ. In order to confess Christ, we must have Christ to confess. No one can truly confess Christ, unless the mind and Spirit of Christ live in him. If a form of godliness, or an acknowledgment of the truth, were always a confession of Christ, we might say, Broad is the way that leadeth unto life, and many there be that find it. We must understand what it is to confess Christ, and wherein we deny Him. It is possible with our lips to confess Christ, yet in our works to deny Him. If we have forsaken all for Christ, we shall manifest in our lives humility, our conversation will be heavenly, our conduct blameless. The powerful purifying influence of truth in the soul, and the character of Christ exemplified in the life, are a confession of Christ. If the words of eternal life are sown in our hearts, the fruit is righteousness and peace – Spiritual Gifts, Volume 4b, Page 93
Therefore my hope is in Christ. Christ in me, the mystery fulfilled, my hope of glory! – Colossians 1:27; 2 Peter 1:4 Phil.1:6
